If an item is on display in-store and will require special ordering,

1. The item will need to be fully paid in advance.

2. The item will be delivered to the store for pickup or directly to the customers specified location at no additional charge. Delivery times are typically 7-10 business days from the date of purchase/order.

3. Any cancellation by the buyer outside of the item arriving damaged or not as described will incur a 20% restocking fee.
